Vouchers are redeemed for discounted or free furniture and essentials — funded by your donations.
Each donation tier directly fuels our Cycle of Change Ethos: Rescue → Restore → Rebuild → Reinvent.

Do you need someone with a van to collect a bulky item from one address and deliver it to another? Check out our Delivery Service below. It’s specially designed for moving large items like furniture and bulky appliances from one location to another with the minimum of hassle and cost.

* Basic rates are for the collection and delivery of one item (or two items that together are) no larger than a 3 seater sofa and no heavier than 100kg. No stairs or lifts. No dismantling or assembly. Excludes parking fees. If you require additional services (eg. 2nd floor collection; 3 items; dismantling), please specify in your booking request and our delivery team will quote an adjusted price.
